Office Administrator

Capital Custom Contractors is a family owned remodeling company. We offer a dynamic, fast-paced, fun, friendly work environment and we’re looking to add YOU to our team as an Office Administrator!

JOB SUMMARY:

As an Office Administrator reporting to the Owner, you’ll be a key member of the Capital Custom Contractors team. Your role would primarily include making outbound calls, sending text messages and emails to potential customers, with the goal of scheduling appointments. It will be crucial for you to complete all work prior to ending your day as well as any other tasks that will be assigned to you.

REQUIRMENTS:

  • Being proficient with using a computer (e.g. Google, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email)

  • Ability to multitask and manage and track several tasks daily

  • Communicating with coworkers and customers in a clear, professional, friendly manner

  • Ability to keep accurate and up-to-date records

  • COMPENSATION:

  • Job Type: Part-Time transitioning to Full-Time

  • Compensation: $15-19 per hour, A friendly work environment, and work-life balance.

  • All candidates are subject to a background check and drug testing.

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
